Normal working process of pulse bag Dust Removal Equipment

(1)Suction fan

Under normal working condition, under the action of the induced draft fan, the dusty gas is sucked into the intake manifold and evenly distributed to each intake chamber through each intake manifold.

(2)Filter bag truncation

Dust laden gas flows into the filter bag, and a large quantity of dust is trapped on the filter bag, and the airflow is purified through the filter bag.

(3)Air blow back blow

With the thickening of dust attached to the surface of filter bags, the resistance of dust remover is increasing. The whole cleaning process is mainly accomplished by the actions of high pressure air storage, electromagnetic valve, blowpipe and ash control mechanism. First, the control system automatically opens the solenoid valve in sequence, and the high pressure air is blown through the blowpipe, so that the dust attached to the filter bag is shedding and falling down into the ash bucket.

(4)Recovery filtering

After the blowback, the solenoid valve is closed, and the cleaning operation of the system is finished, and the filter bag is recovered and filtered.

(5)Circulating ash filtration

The control system reopens other solenoid valves and carries out ash cleaning for other filter bags. All filter bags have been cleaned through ash cleaning cycle, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning ash and the filter is fully recovered.

(6)Ash hopper ash

Dust removal device and dust collector at the same time,it should be cleaned in time, ash bucket as far as possible not to accumulate ash, otherwise it will affect the service life of filter bags.

(7)Exhaust clean smoke

The purified airflow enters the water film dust removal and desulfurization device through the bag chamber.
