Activated Carbon Machine

The Carbonization Furnace and charcoal machine have the advantages of high production efficiency, convenient operation, and good reliability. This series of products are mainly used in the activated carbon industry. It is currently the latest product used to make activated carbon in China.

This charcoal machine is suitable for many types of raw materials, such as: coconut shell, wood, fruit shell, apricot shell, peach shell, hazelnut shell, palm shell, coal, etc.

..Working principle and structure

The converter mainly consists of the following parts:

1. Cylinder body part: This part is the main part of the whole machine. The cylinder body is made of high-quality carbon steel. The cylinder body is inlaid with refractory materials. The combustion temperature in the carbonization furnace is about 200-800C°, and the raw materials can fully react at this temperature. The rotation of the barrel part is fixed by a spring plate installed in the front of the barrel to fix the big gear, and the small gear rotates with the help of a reducer and a motor. The big gear is connected to the barrel through the spring plate.

2. Supporting wheel block wheel group: This part is the main supporting part of the converter and one of the main parts of the converter. The supporting wheel adopts slewing support, which greatly reduces the friction with the rolling ring and reduces the power loss. The supporting wheels are divided into two parts, the front supporting wheel group and the rear supporting wheel group. The blocking wheels are fixed on the base of the front supporting wheel group to control the axial movement when the cylinder body is inclined.

3. Transmission device: The transmission device is composed of a motor, a reducer, a transmission assembly, and a coupling. The main function is that the small gear drives the big gear wheel to rotate and the cylinder body rotates. The transmission device is on one side of the cylinder body. The layout of the transmission form is not allowed to be changed casually.

4. Sealing ring: In order to prevent heat loss and air leakage, we have designed a new type of friction seal sealing device for users, which has the advantages of long service life and good sealing effect.

5. Flue gas treatment: When the charcoal machine processes the materials, a large amount of flue gas will be generated. For this reason, we have established a flue gas incineration system, spray system, flue gas cooling system and other devices behind the carbonization furnace to treat the flue gas. High-temperature incineration is carried out, and the flue gas is subsequently treated twice through a flue gas cooler and a spray device, and the flue gas after the treatment can be directly emptied.

6. Cooling Equipment: After the material is fully carbonized in the charcoal machine, the material can be directly flowed into the cooler for cooling through the unloading device. The cooler uses circulating cold water to cool the charcoal, and the charcoal after the cooling device can be quickly cooled. Then it is transported by the Conveying Equipment to the Activation Furnace for processing.
